Limited Warranty: products are warranted for a maximum, period of two (2) yeas for material (leather, wood), parts and/or workmanship but will not be covered for any damages caused by accidents, faulty installation and/or usage, natural disasters and natural materials alterations. 

 

Manufacturer responsibility is limited to the replacement and/or repair of defective parts after normal use. Repairs will be done at the workshop in Bangkok. 

 

Defective parts must be sent back to Thailand (by customer) in order to be covered by the warranty.
